Secretary/Audio Typist

Agenda for Change Band 3 (£18,813 – £20,795)

Permanent, Full-Time, 37.5hrs per week (Mon – Fri 09:00 – 17:00)

You will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to our clinicians and managers. You will have excellent audio typing skills and ideally a background in working for an NHS organisation or in the medical field. You will be conversant in the use of patient record systems, databases and the input of patient information.  You will be highly motivated, enthusiastic and be able to work under limited supervision.

Office/Data Assistant

Salary: Agenda for Change Band 2 £17,652 – £19,020

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week Mon – Fri 9:00 – 17:00

You will work closely with the Data Team and be responsible for clinic bookings and cancellations and providing an accurate data input function, including clinic outcomes and coding. You will also provide administrative support and assistance to all members of the team and support the service in carrying out the registration of new patients, booking and managing appointments and undertaking general clerical duties. You will have experience in using various IT packages, including systems to undertake data entry. You will also have experience of working in a busy office environment, dealing with enquiries from customers and colleagues both face to face and by telephone on a day-to-day basis. You will have a pleasant and professional manner, be organised, flexible and motivated and have the ability to prioritise your workload.
