Salary: Band 2 £15,404 – £18,157

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: Full time / 37.5 hours per week / 09:00 – 17:00

You will work closely with the Data Team and be responsible for clinic bookings and cancellations and providing an accurate data input function, including clinic outcomes and coding. You will also provide administrative support and assistance to all members of the team and support the service in carrying out the registration of new patients, booking and managing appointments and undertaking general clerical duties.

You will have experience in using various IT packages, including systems to undertake data entry. You will also have experience of working in a busy office environment, dealing with enquiries from customers and colleagues both face to face and by telephone on a day-to-day basis. You will have a pleasant and professional manner, be organised, flexible and motivated and have the ability to prioritise your workload.
