Health and Well Being Taster Sessions
A movement class learning a sequence of flowing yoga poses and stretches set to music. Energising Gentle and Harmonizing.
Shimmy shake and get lost in the rhythm and hypnotic beats. A beginner introduction to the art of belly dance. Nurtures a high level of feeling good, positive self-image. Veils provided.
A Cardio party fun dance class easy to follow dances set to international music. Exercise in disguise; not only great for the body but great for the mind. Improves self confidence.
Stretch & Relax
Body control; a blend of matt based stretches designed to improve your posture. Core stability, abdominal exercise techniques to strengthen your body and reduce stress and strain. An effective class for all levels of ability.
• Wear comfortable loose clothing, and bring a bottle of water
• All equipment is provided
• Sessions are delivered by Alicia – Street League’s qualified and experienced Fitness Instructor
